Supporting first responders
A former Detective himself, Sean stays closely connected to the police, fire and EMS community across Airdrie and Calgary, and is proud to give back to those who serve.
Proud to be part of the Airdrie & Calgary community
Our community involvement starts with a simple belief: real estate is a relationship business built on trust — and trust starts with being genuinely invested in the community you serve.
Local roots run deep
More than just business
Sean has called the Calgary area home for over 20 years and Airdrie home for more than 10 of them. This isn’t a market he studies from a distance — it’s the community where he lives, works, and raises his family.
His years as a Calgary Police Service Detective instilled a lasting commitment to public service that carries into everything Pursuit Realty Group does today — from supporting local first responders and community organizations, to sponsoring local youth and recreation initiatives, to simply being a familiar, trusted face at neighbourhood events across Airdrie and Calgary.
We believe a strong community makes for a strong real estate market, and we’re proud to keep investing in both.
Youth & recreation
We’re proud supporters of local youth sports and recreation programs that keep Airdrie and Calgary families active, connected and thriving.
Local causes
From neighbourhood initiatives to community fundraisers, we look for meaningful ways to reinvest in the people and places that make this area home.
Giving back
Our community involvement in Airdrie and Calgary
Community involvement is at the heart of how Pursuit Realty Group works. We live in Airdrie, our children grow up here and our clients are our neighbours. Giving back to the Airdrie community is not a marketing strategy for us; it is simply part of being a good neighbour. Here are some of the ways we contribute throughout the year.
Supporting first responders
As a former Calgary Police Service Detective, Sean knows the sacrifices first responders and their families make. We support police, fire and EMS initiatives, and we offer flexible, understanding real estate services to those who serve. Learn more on our first responder realtor page.
Youth sports and recreation
Active kids build strong communities. We sponsor and support local youth sports, recreation programs and youth organizations that give young people in Airdrie safe, positive places to learn, play and grow. Our community involvement includes supporting programs like local youth drop-in and outreach initiatives.
Yard cleanups for seniors and neighbours with disabilities
Every year our team and volunteers roll up their sleeves for free yard cleanups, helping older residents and neighbours with disabilities keep their homes safe and tidy. Raking leaves, clearing debris and tidying gardens can be hard work for some neighbours, and it is one of the most rewarding forms of giving back in Airdrie. See photos and upcoming dates on our events in Airdrie page.
Client appreciation and family events
We host client appreciation events, movie days and seasonal gatherings that bring families together. These events are our way of saying thank you and building connections between neighbours. Check our Airdrie community events calendar to reserve your spot at the next one.
Local businesses and causes
We regularly partner with local businesses for giveaways and competitions, and we support fundraisers and charitable causes in the Airdrie community. Shopping local keeps our economy strong, and we love introducing clients to great local services. The City of Airdrie also lists volunteer opportunities for residents who want to get involved.
Suggest a cause
Do you know a local organization, school or family that could use support? We would love to hear about it. Our community involvement grows through suggestions from neighbours like you. Get in touch and tell us how we can help.
How can my organization request sponsorship?
Send us a message with details about your organization, event and what support you need. We review every request.
Can I volunteer at your yard cleanups?
Yes. Volunteers are always welcome. Watch our events page and newsletter for upcoming dates.
Why does community involvement matter to a real estate team?
Strong communities make great places to live. Giving back to the Airdrie community helps the neighbourhoods our clients call home.
