Airdrie real estate agents: happy family moving into their new Airdrie home

Our story

From solving cases to finding homes

Sean Hasson spent his first career as a Detective with the Calgary Police Service. Today he brings the same skills — negotiation, conflict management and active listening — to the negotiating table on behalf of his clients.

Originally from Nova Scotia, Sean has lived in the Calgary area for over 20 years and in Airdrie for more than 10. Together with Amy, our Client Care Coordinator, we handle every detail so buying or selling feels smooth, informed and even fun.

Who we are

Airdrie real estate agents with deep local roots

Pursuit Realty Group is a team of Airdrie real estate agents who live in the community we serve. We are proud to be part of CIR Realty, one of Alberta’s largest independent brokerages, and we combine that support with a personal, boutique approach. Our clients get a small-team experience — direct access, quick answers and genuine care — backed by the tools and network of a respected brokerage.

Led by Sean Hasson, REALTOR®

Sean moved to Alberta from Nova Scotia and has called the Calgary area home for more than twenty years, including over a decade in Airdrie. Before becoming one of the most trusted Airdrie real estate agents, he served as a Detective with the Calgary Police Service. That career taught him to listen carefully, gather the facts, stay calm under pressure and negotiate firmly — skills that translate directly into protecting clients during a purchase or sale.

Supported by Amy, Client Care Coordinator

Amy brings twelve years of experience as a Crime Analyst in Alberta and a degree in Criminology. She manages paperwork, deadlines and communication behind the scenes, so every transaction moves smoothly from offer to possession. Clients appreciate that someone is always keeping track of the details and keeping them informed. Meet both of them on our meet the team page.

How our Airdrie real estate agents work

We start every relationship by understanding your goals, timeline and budget. Buyers receive a custom MLS® search, neighbourhood guidance and honest feedback at every showing. Sellers receive a detailed pricing analysis, a preparation plan, professional photography and targeted marketing. Throughout the process, we communicate clearly and promptly, because we know how stressful a move can be. Our motto is simple: your time is precious, and we will not waste it.

Serving Airdrie, Calgary and surrounding communities

While Airdrie is home, our Airdrie realtors help clients across Calgary and nearby towns such as Cochrane, Crossfield, Chestermere, Okotoks, Carstairs and the rural acreages of Rocky View County. Our Airdrie communities guide shares what we have learned about each area, and we are always happy to tour neighbourhoods with you.

A team that gives back

Being good Airdrie real estate agents means being good neighbours. We support local first responders, youth sports and recreation programs, and community projects such as yard clean-ups for seniors and residents with disabilities. Learn more about our community involvement and see our latest events in Airdrie.

Licensed, accountable and client-focused

All real estate professionals in Alberta are licensed and regulated by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA). As members of the Calgary Real Estate Board and the Canadian Real Estate Association, we follow a strict code of ethics and put our clients’ interests first. That professionalism, combined with our local knowledge, is why so many families choose us as their Airdrie real estate agents.

What makes Pursuit Realty Group different from other Airdrie real estate agents?

Our team combines more than twenty years of local experience with a law-enforcement background in negotiation and investigation. Clients get a personal, responsive team backed by CIR Realty’s resources.

Do you work with buyers and sellers?

Yes. We help buyers, sellers, investors, first responders and families relocating to Airdrie and Calgary, with services tailored to each situation.

How do I choose between Airdrie real estate agents?

Interview more than one agent. Ask about their local experience, marketing plan, communication style and recent results, and read their client reviews. We are happy to meet with no obligation.

Which brokerage are you with?

Pursuit Realty Group is part of CIR Realty, with our office at 144-1935 32 Avenue NE, Calgary, Alberta.

Our approach

What to expect when you work with our Airdrie realtors

Whether you are buying your first home or selling a property you have owned for decades, it helps to know what working with Airdrie real estate agents looks like day to day. Here is our process, step by step.

1. A no-pressure first conversation

We begin with a phone call or coffee meeting to learn about your plans. There is no obligation and no pressure. We answer questions about the market, timing and costs, and outline what the next steps would look like.

2. A clear plan and timeline

Next, we build a written plan. For buyers, that includes pre-approval, search criteria and target neighbourhoods. For sellers, it includes a pricing analysis, preparation list, marketing schedule and listing date. Everyone knows what is happening and when.

3. Regular, honest updates

We share showing feedback, new listings, market changes and next steps promptly. If something is not working, we tell you and recommend adjustments. Clients often mention our communication in their reviews, and it is something we take pride in.

4. Skilled negotiation and careful follow-through

When it is time to negotiate, our Airdrie real estate agents prepare thoroughly and stay calm. After an agreement is reached, Amy and Sean coordinate inspections, conditions, lawyers and lenders so nothing slips through the cracks.

5. Support after the sale

Our relationship does not end on possession day. We are happy to recommend trusted trades, answer questions about property taxes or market value, and help friends and family you refer to us. Many of our clients come back to us years later for their next move.

How quickly do your Airdrie real estate agents respond?

We aim to reply the same day, and often within the hour during business hours. Clients can reach us by phone, text or email.

Can I read reviews from past clients?

Yes. Visit our Airdrie realtor reviews page to read what buyers and sellers say about working with us.

Experience you can trust

Why a law-enforcement background makes better Airdrie real estate agents

It is not every day that you meet Airdrie real estate agents who spent years as police investigators and crime analysts. That background shapes how our team works in ways clients notice from the very first meeting.

Attention to detail

Investigations depend on accurate details, and so does real estate. We read condo documents carefully, double-check measurements, review title and zoning questions, and flag inspection findings that matter. Small details can make a big difference to the value and safety of a home, and we take them seriously.

Calm, prepared negotiation

Sean spent years conducting interviews and managing tense situations, so he knows how to stay calm, listen closely and find common ground. In real estate, that means preparing a strong case for your price, understanding what matters to the other side and negotiating firmly without damaging the deal. Clients often tell us they felt protected throughout the process.

Honesty and integrity

Public service is built on trust. We bring that same standard to every transaction. If a home is overpriced, we will tell you. If a property has problems, we will point them out. If waiting is the better choice, we will say so. Our goal is to be the Airdrie real estate agents you trust for life, not just for one sale.

Organized, data-driven analysis

Amy’s experience as a Crime Analyst means data is second nature. We use market statistics, comparable sales and trend analysis to guide pricing and offer strategy, and we present the information in a clear, simple format so you can make confident decisions.

Understanding first responders

Police officers, firefighters, paramedics and military members face unique schedules and pressures. As former members of that community, our Airdrie realtors offer flexible scheduling and an understanding ear. Learn more on our first responder realtor page.

Local knowledge that only comes from living here

We shop, coach, volunteer and raise our families in Airdrie. We know which streets flood in spring, which parks are busiest on weekends, where new schools are planned and which neighbourhoods have the best access to the highway. That everyday knowledge is something no website can replace, and it helps our clients make smarter choices about where to live and how to price a home.

A trusted network of local professionals

Over the years we have built relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate lawyers, home inspectors, stagers, photographers, contractors and property managers across Airdrie and Calgary. When you need a recommendation, we connect you with people who have earned our trust through consistent, quality work for our clients.

Do Airdrie real estate agents charge buyers a fee?

Compensation arrangements are explained in writing before we begin working together. We will review the buyer representation agreement with you in plain language so there are no surprises.

Can I meet the team before deciding?

Absolutely. Book a free consultation by phone, video call or in person. We are happy to answer questions and share our approach with no obligation.

Do you only work in Airdrie?

Airdrie is our home base, but we help clients across Calgary and the surrounding communities, including Cochrane, Crossfield, Chestermere, Okotoks and Rocky View County.

Our values

The values behind our Airdrie real estate team

Every team says it puts clients first. Here is what that looks like in practice for the Airdrie real estate agents at Pursuit Realty Group.

Your time is precious

We prepare before every showing, pre-screen listings so you only tour homes that genuinely fit, and keep meetings focused. Sellers get a clear schedule for preparation, photography and launch. We respect your calendar, your family and your work.

Clear communication

You will always know what is happening and what comes next. We explain contracts, conditions and deadlines in plain language and confirm important details in writing. If you have a question at night or on the weekend, send it — we will reply as soon as we can.

Long-term relationships

Most of our business comes from past clients and their referrals. That only happens when people feel they were treated well. We would rather give honest advice that delays a sale than push a decision that is not right for you, because we want to be your Airdrie realtors for every move you make.

Community first

Airdrie is where we live, so its success matters to us personally. We sponsor local teams, support charities and help neighbours with community projects throughout the year. When you work with us, part of every transaction goes back into the city we all call home.
